Schizandra berries are one of the great herbs of Asian medicine. Wu Wei Zi is known as the five taste or five flavor fruit containing bitter, sweet, sour, pungent, and salty flavors which enters all twelve meridians of the body and energizes, strengthens, and protects all the organ systems.
Being a one of the top longevity tonic herbs, schizandra supports:

Our berries are grown on our certified organic 50 acre farm in Massachusetts right here in the USA. The berries are hand harvested and carefully washed on site before being frozen to preserve freshness.
After being frozen, they are thawed and air-dried at low temperatures to maintain the nutrient quality and flavor.
How to use:
To make a tea, add 5 to 7 grams of dried berries to the desired amount of water and bring to a slow boil. Once the water reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook on a low simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Be mindful not to over cook your berries. If cooking them with other herbs, add the schizandra during the last 20 minutes of cooking your formula.
