How to use Mountain Detox: Take one dropper full under the tongue first thing in the morning, 20 minutes before food, and hold there for as long as you can. Then follow it with 8 ounces of pure water. Wait 20 minutes before eating so it can hit the liver and start going to work.

Take one half dropper before every meal.

Take 10-15 drops before bed. Do not chase with water. Although it is okay to do so, keeping it in your mouth and letting it coat your throat and move slowly through the body overnight is very beneficial.

Ingredients: Aged garlic extract, clove, mimosa bark, green walnut, Japanese pumpkin seed and skin, seaweed blend, hyssop, cumin seed, Japanese peppermint root and seed, da huang, lotus root/seed, dandelion flower buds, thyme, oregano, fennel seed, noni leaf, papaya leaf and seed, Japanese pepper, Japanese aloe, ginger root and stem, blue moss, red kelp, yuzu rind, coriander seed, aka hinoki drops, honeysuckle buds, clover, buckwheat flower buds, dokadami roots.

How Many Bottles Needed For 100 day cycle?

Each bottle contains approximately 1500 drops.

You will take one dropper full (approximately 30 drops) on an empty stomach before breakfast.

Assuming you each lunch and dinner, you will take half a dropper (approximately 15 drops before each meal).

Then you will take 15 drops before going to bed at night.

So the total approximated drops per day is 75 drops per day.

In order to complete the 100 day cycle, you will need approximately 5 bottles.
