I've been taking this product for several months an there is a noticeable improvement in mobility. When I get up from sitting, instead of having to wait for my hips and knees to "gear up" for movement, I can just start walking like I used to do. I have also noticed a reduction in the crackling noise in my neck when I do neck rolls. Something good is definitely happening here!
