We carefully pack and ship all orders in house from Liberty, Missouri. We strive to ship the order the same or next business day. However, depending on promotions, inclement weather or holidays, we ask that you allow 24-72 hours for shipping updates. During busy sales, it may take up to two weeks to process your order. Shipping using USPS Priority or UPS Ground usually arrives within 2-3 days for the continental U.S. You may choose expedited shipping, which is the overnight option. Doing so will put your order to the front of the queue and we will get your order out same day or next business day. Expedited shipping delivers the following day, unless the order is shipped on a Friday - then it will arrive on Monday. We cannot guarantee any transit times. Once the order is in the hands of the courier, we no longer have control over delivery.

International shipments will always be shipped using DHL. APO/FPO shipments will be delivered using USPS.

You will receive an email with updates when the order is placed, shipped, and delivered. If you do not see the emails, please check your spam folder and whitelist our shipping email address. This will ensure that you will get updates from us. We recommend following your tracking so you can be prepared to sign for your package. We require a signature for all deliveries of high value. If you miss the delivery attempt, the courier will leave a note with recovery options.

At ShenBlossom, we strive to be environmentally responsible, so when you get your order we can all feel good about our impact on the landfills.

The shipping boxes, bags, peanuts and paper wadding that we purchase and use for shipping are all recyclable, compostable, and/or made from post consumer recycled materials.

We save used boxes and repurpose them as many times as we can. So if you receive a box that looks like it's been around the block, that is because it has!

Padding, peanuts and bubble wrap are often things that get tossed after one use. Not at Shen Blossom. If you ever receive a package from us that has plastic bubble wrap or styrofoam of any kind, this is our effort to reuse materials that we received from other shippers, and are on their last life. We want to extend that life as long as we can - these products can still have value, as long as we keep them alive.

If you receive damaged items or incomplete orders, an email must be sent to us within seven days of receiving the order. Include any pictures or details that are important to your claim. We always work to ensure top notch quality control and satisfaction.
