Training and Recovery

Re-leaf is a must have formula if you train in any sport that is physically demanding on the body. Be it martial arts, weight lifting, or bodyweight training, chances are you will get sore and experience the need to quicken the healing and recovery process.

Re-leaf works from the outside in, to first affect the skin, muscles, and fascia. Re-leaf starts by stimulating the Qi on the skin, which brings to the surface blood flow and energy, opening up the physical and energetic channels while increasing the Wei Qi. This increases circulation and supplies the damaged area with fresh blood, nutrients and oxygen, while helping to remove and flush out damaged tissue to prevent fluid stagnation, which can help to prevent bruising, allowing the body to more quickly adapt to your training.

The deeper penetrating quality of this formula not only helps with surface level healing as mentioned above, it has the ability go deeper as your training develops and has the ability to help the connective tissues like the tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. Re-leaf also helps to hydrate muscle tissue, which helps keep the scar tissue flexible.

General Aches and Pains

You don't have to be a martial artist or an athlete to gain benefits from Re-leaf. You can apply Re-leaf for general muscle and joint pain, as well as menstrual cramps or anywhere you feel stiff or tight.

Papaya Aloe Variation

Our newest variation of the Re-leaf formula is Papaya Aloe. Papaya and aloe both contain natural compounds that can reduce inflammation, soothe tissue, and support healing - though they work in slightly different ways. Papaya contains enzymes that break down damaged proteins and clear out dead tissue around an injury. It reduces inflammation and relieves soreness. Aloe soothes and heals. Its cooling effect provides immediate relief, supports tissue repair, and is moisturizing and protective. Together, papaya and aloe are a natural combination for healing and relief.

Re-leaf or Muscle Root Balm?

Should I use Re-leaf or Muscle Root Balm? Both are great in regards to supporting aches and pains, and have some similarities and differences.

Muscle Root Balm is good if you prefer a slow release, as it stays present for longer, whereas Re-leaf is more water-based and is far more penetrating and fast-acting in the way that it attaches to the pain receptors.

Both can be used on and off with no issues.

How to Use

Re-leaf is simple to use. Simply pump as much as you require into the palm of your hand. With the other hand, apply to whenever you have pain or injury. Make sure not to use Re-leaf on open wounds, and be careful around the eyes and mouth if you are using on the top of the forehead or temples.
