I've drunk miso soup off an on for years. However, I've never had one I've wanted to drink regularly — until now. After reading another reviewer's suggestion above about beginning the day with miso and umeboshi, I thought I'd try it. It's delicious. More importantly, I can feel the difference in my system physically, emotionally and energetically. All good.

I love the taste of this brown rice miso- I use it in the late afternoon before dinner to take the edge off so I don't snack on unhealthy stuff. I know I'm getting a top grade product and something very healthy.
